"As an object whose use demands stability, I have issues with the fact that the form forces the user into a position where they become less stable the higher they climb.  Not to mention the swing-arm position which, when extended, forces placement fairly far away from the base of what you want to reach in the first place.I'm also doubtful of the strength of the mechanism that locks that swing-arm in place when in use.It's a nice aesthetic exercise, however the problems it solves seem, to me, to detract from the primary purpose of the object."
